Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation in Orlando seeks an experienced Lead Superintendent to drive ground-up multifamily projects from start to finish. You will oversee field operations, manage schedules, and coordinate vendors and staff to meet budget and timeline goals.

Ideal candidates bring extensive multifamily construction experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead teams while enforcing QA/QC and safety programs. This is an on-site role with frequent travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Strong schedule management and coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and field staff to deliver on time.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules for multifamily work.
• Manage subcontractor performance and relationships.
• Ensure timeliness and quality of project delivery.
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and site management.
• Implement QA/QC programs and safety initiatives.
• Travel to project sites nationwide as needed.
