Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Experience managing commercial projects valued between $2M and $20M.
Stable work history with limited employment gaps.
Strong knowledge of field operations, subcontractor management, scheduling, and jobsite safety.
Massachusetts CSL holder and OSHA 30 certified.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial projects ranging from $2M to $20M.
Manage project schedules, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality control.
Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, design teams, and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead construction activities across hospitality, retail, automotive, life science, academic, corporate interiors, and other sectors.
Monitor progress and proactively resolve field issues.
