Qualifications

• 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience leading ground-up projects valued at $20M+.
• Hospitality, multifamily, commercial, or institutional project experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities
