Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Fully Integrated Developer for a high-profile project in the Midwest construction market. The role offers above-market compensation and a path to leadership on a complex commercial/residential portfolio.

Responsibilities include supporting the Superintendent, coordinating field operations, ensuring safety and schedule adherence, and providing timely updates to stakeholders. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in construction and proficiency with Procore or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction field experience (multifamily or commercial preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, and job site procedures.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily field operations
• Monitor subcontractor work for safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Help coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and inspections
• Ensure site cleanliness, safety protocols, and OSHA compliance
• Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Track progress and support documentation of RFIs, daily logs, and punch lists
• Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and field staff
