Job summary

Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to lead full-site execution on complex, high-visibility projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will coordinate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and internal teams to maintain schedule, budget, and quality while mentoring upcoming site leaders. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture (or equivalent) with at least five years in construction and two years in a

B.A./B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or equivalent experience.
5+ years of construction industry experience.
Two+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Lead full-site execution and oversee subcontractor coordination.
Drive safety culture through audits, inspections, and risk mitigation.
Manage project closeout in alignment with contracts and standards.
Review weekly labor and monthly cost reports and implement corrective actions.
Lead development and updates of CPM schedules and delay fragments.
Mentor field engineers and onboard new personnel.
Represent the company in client meetings and inspections.
