Due to growth, Satterfield & Pontikes is looking to add a Superintendent to the team! We are looking for an experienced field leader responsible for managing daily construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining jobsite safety, quality, and production. Typically overseeing a single project or a section of a larger project or a defined set of scopes, this role serves as the primary field contact for ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Working closely with the Project Manager and Assistant Superintendents, Superintendent I leads coordination meetings, enforces jobsite expectations, tracks progress against schedule, and supports inspection readiness and punch list resolution. This role sets the tone for professional, organized field execution and builds trust with crews through proactive issue resolution and consistent leadership.
