ACCIONA is seeking a Superintendent for the SR400 Express Lanes Project in the Atlanta metro area. You will oversee production crews and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with GDOT contracts, Davis-Bacon wage rules, and safety standards while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet production and budget targets.

Formación

• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience (DOT highway/bridge work preferred).
• 3+ years in construction management or supervisory role.
• Experience working on large-scale DOT or federally funded projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise craft workers and subcontractors on assigned project scopes.
• Plan and sequence work methods, equipment, materials, and labor resources to meet production and safety requirements.
• Lead daily planning meetings with crews; document progress using project reporting systems.
• Review drawings, specifications, and phasing plans; ensure compliance with safety plans and GDOT/SR400 standards.
• Coordinate with internal equipment teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure resources meet production and budget targets.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour requirements, certified payrolls, and labor standards.
• Support SR400 Constructors' Safety Program and quality control plans.
• Supervise and evaluate crews, provide coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout with GDOT representatives.
