Job summary

PACE Systems, a Commercial Contracting Corporation, seeks an experienced Superintendent – Advanced Facilities / Controlled Environments based in Auburn Hills, MI, with 100% nationwide travel. You will lead field operations for technically complex projects such as cleanrooms, semiconductor facilities, and data centers, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires extensive GC superintendent experience, strong MEP coordination, and a track record of delivering high-standard

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Superintendent with complex projects.
• Experience in controlled environments or cleanroom construction preferred.
• Strong leadership, safety focus, and owner/stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and oversight of all field operations and site personnel.
• Foster a safety-focused, collaborative jobsite culture and manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Review contracts, drawings, specs, schedules, and quality requirements; align work plans with milestones.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, deliveries, and logistics; drive schedule performance.
• Lead planning meetings, daily huddles, and progress reviews; monitor production rates and quality.
