Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience working within a trade (ideally carpentry).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of building schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating complex activities.
• Proficiency with construction management software is preferred.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
