Scott Humphrey Corporation in Denver seeks experienced Superintendents to lead field operations on ground-up and renovation projects in the Denver metro and Front Range. You will run your jobsite from mobilization through turnover and partner with the Project Manager to deliver on schedule, budget and quality.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years as a lead Superintendent with a general contractor, strong scheduling skills (Procore/MS Project/P6), OSHA 30, and reside in the Denver area.

• Stable work history with a finish-start track record.
• Strong scheduling skills using Procore, MS Project or P6.

• Build and drive the three-week look-ahead and master schedule.
• Manage subcontractors, inspections, quality control and closeout punch lists.
• Own jobsite safety and daily reporting.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, inspectors and the project team.
• Mentor assistant superintendents and field engineers.

We are partnering with several established general contractors across the Denver metro and Front Range that are growing their field leadership teams. These are well-run, stable builders with strong backlogs in commercial, multifamily, retail, education, healthcare and mixed-use work, and they are hiring Superintendents now.

Job Description

We are looking to connect with experienced Superintendents in the Denver area who want a long-term home with a strong builder. You will run your jobsite from mobilization through turnover, lead subcontractors with accountability, and partner with the Project Manager to deliver on schedule, budget and quality. Roles are based in the Denver metro, with some Front Range projects.

Select Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up or renovation projects
• Build and drive the three-week look-ahead and master schedule
• Manage subcontractors, inspections, quality control and punch through closeout
• Own jobsite safety and daily reporting
• Coordinate with owners, architects, inspectors and the project team
• Mentor assistant superintendents and field engineers

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years as a lead Superintendent with a general contractor
• Ground-up commercial, multifamily, retail, light industrial, education or healthcare experience
• Stable work history and a track record of finishing projects start to finish
• Strong scheduling skills; Procore and MS Project or P6 a plus
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Based in the Denver metro area

• Base salary of $110,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and project type
