Qualifications

• Experience performing SUE field duties and mapping.
• Knowledge of ASCE 38 guidelines and quality levels.
• Ability to lead field crews on SUE QL-A/QL-B projects.

Responsibilities

• Designate utilities in rural/urban areas using geophysical equipment and surveys.
• Obtain and maintain required safety certifications.
• Manage 2D QL-B and 3D QL-B mapping projects with crews.
• Apply specialized surface-geophysical tools for complex utilities mapping.
• Collect vault diagram data for 3DB mapping projects.
• Lead vacuum excavation operations on test holes when needed.
• Operate total station for 2DB data collection.
• Use RTK GPR to capture data for 3DB mapping.
• Collect vertical data with levels for gravity-flow utilities.
• Prepare Structures Data Reports for relevant structures.
• Coordinate with clients, utility owners, and property owners.
• Coordinate with traffic control and third-party providers.
• Interpret plans, profiles, and utility records for accuracy.
