It also provides the primary integration interface among product groups, functional engineering teams, manufacturing, quality, service, and supply chain organizations. The successful candidate will combine strong engineering expertise with a demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive execution in a complex product environment. The role requires broad knowledge of servo-control algorithms, microwave engineering, radiation physics, high-voltage pulsed-power engineering, thermal and materials science, and general electrical and mechanical design principles. This knowledge must be supported by hands-on experience in system-level design, troubleshooting, and structured problem solving. Experience delivering products in a regulated environment and familiarity with product lifecycle management are also required.
