TRC Field Services is actively seeking Lead Commissioning Engineers to support our client teams across the Midwest region. The role focuses on planning, testing, and commissioning of substation protection and power circuits, with emphasis on safety and adherence to client standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical or Power Systems) from an accredited school.
• 5+ years of related experience in testing and commissioning services, Electric Utility pref.
• Ability to read and understand construction/manufacturer drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, perform and document commissioning activities for utility substation protection and control systems.
• Review wiring diagrams, schematics and engineering documents prior to projects.
• Identify risks and develop Site Risk Assessments and mitigation plans.
