Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related field with 4 years relevant experience.
• Alternative: 8 years multi-disciplinary technical/operational background in lieu of degree.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, utility operations, substation maintenance, protective relays, data reporting and analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to lead projects and present complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise relay testing system support teams.
• Ensure consistent use of relay test software FEU-wide.
• Develop, test, and issue relay test routines.
• Provide field technical support for relaying software.
• Coordinate software purchases and upgrades with Asset Management & Records.
• Support testing of new equipment to improve field performance.
• Provide training to field personnel on relay test software.
• Assist with compliance to PRC-005 requirements.
