Job summary

A leading electrical service provider seeks an experienced Supervisor to oversee protection & controls activities in Puerto Rico. The role involves managing technicians, ensuring safety, and maintaining technical precision, with a strong focus on leadership and accountability. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English are preferred, alongside excellent project management skills. This position includes rotational travel to the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in apparatus testing and telecom.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise testing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure safety and technical accuracy during operations.
• Oversee relay testing and coordinate with engineering teams.
