The role balances hands-on engineering with team coordination across multiple groups, located in Warrendale, PA with a hybrid work arrangement. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years in project environments, with deep substations knowledge, CAD skills, and experience in engineering analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years in a project environment.
• Expertise in substation theory, application, subsystems, field installation and testing.
• Proficient computer skills: MS Office, CAD and engineering analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects for substation orders with collaboration across groups.
• Develop and implement engineering facets of projects including equipment design and testing.
• Analyze data to set performance standards for new or modified equipment.
• Provide technical leadership and primary contact on design issues.
• Prepare proposals, time estimates, and staffing plans with management.
