Job summary

ControlPoint Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Lead Substation Engineer to lead projects within their Substation Engineering team. The candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years in the electric utility industry and have strong project management and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include project leadership, client interfacing, and engineering support from inception to execution. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Professional Engineering License are required, along with experience in substation projects.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule and a competitive salary range of $118,000 - $175,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the electric utility industry.
• Experience in utility substation engineering with a focus on electrical or physical design aspects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership within the Substation Engineering team.
• Interface with clients and other disciplines.
• Support project engineering from scoping through to project closeout.
