Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Geography or related field (preferred).
• GISP certification desirable.
• Esri ArcGIS Desktop Professional Level certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Engineering Assistants for substation and civil projects.
• Oversee drawing lifecycle management, including issuance and document control.
• Ensure data quality, schedules, and documentation are compliant and complete.
• Monitor workload, productivity, and milestones; allocate resources accordingly.
• Serve as escalation point for complex engineering issues and process challenges.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve engineering support processes and training materials.
• Establish and report metrics related to quality, turnaround times, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Maintenance, and external providers.
• Support project execution and contractor management; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain labor-management relationships and adherence to agreements.
