Job summary

K&I HEALTHCARE SERVICES (KIHS) seeks a Program Director to lead the Substance Use Disorder department under the Medical Director. This visible leader coordinates client educational and therapeutic activities, provides clinical and administrative supervision, and ensures fidelity to evidence-based practices.

The role reports to executive leadership and drives KPI performance. Responsibilities include supervision of staff, policy implementation, and ongoing program development to meet

Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred (preferably in social work, human services, behavioral health).
• CAC-AD;
• Minimum five years of work experience in administrative supervision and oversight.
• Must meet state regulatory requirements to provide Clinical Supervision to SUD staff in the state of employment.
• Experience in group and individual counseling for SUD/behavioral health."

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise SUD staff and clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with KIHS policies and CARF/state regulations.
• Oversee admission, care levels, and program outcomes (KPIs).
• Coordinate training and development of clinical staff.
• Maintain high standards for documentation and client care.
