Job summary

Integer Technologies is hiring a Subsea Data Intelligence Engineering Manager to lead edge processing of subsea data and autonomous decision making for uncrewed platforms. You will oversee multi-year programs, drive prototypes, and coordinate with government sponsors and academic partners.

The role requires strong leadership, an ability to translate research into mission-ready tools, and travel up to 15% to support field activities and collaborations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in subsea data intelligence, autonomy, or related areas.
• Experience with edge computing, AI/ML, and oceanographic/subsea data processing.
• Ability to travel up to ~15% of time.
• Familiarity with Navy mission needs and interfacing with sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Principal Investigator for subsea data intelligence programs with edge processing focus.
• Lead maturation of research into functional prototypes addressing customer needs.
• Oversee schedule, budget, and deliverables for R&D programs.
• Provide technical leadership for undersea autonomy and data processing efforts.
• Coordinate with academic partners and federal customers.
