The candidate will manage complex subcontract types, ensure compliance with FAR/GSC policies, and collaborate across contracts, engineering, and program teams. Remote work is not available; relocation assistance is not indicated.

Qualifications

• U.S. government secret clearance required or ability to obtain one.
• Familiar with FAR provisions and GSC policies and procedures.
• Experience preparing subcontractor RFP packages and supporting the acquisition process.
• Experience presenting briefings to leadership (internal/external).

Responsibilities

• Source and procure specialized goods and services.
• Owns contractual management of the supplier from cradle to grave.
• Lead subcontract proposals, evaluations, and awards.
• Collaborate with contracts, engineering, quality, and operations teams.
• Develop subcontract specifications and terms and conditions.
• Monitor supplier quality and delivery schedules.
• Identify cost-reduction and risk-management opportunities.
• Manage supplier financial forecasting and payments.
