Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in subcontracting, EVM experience, and a US citizenship with the ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5 years of Subcontracts Program Management or related experience.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
• US citizen with ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages subordinate teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs.
• Directs and manages all costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements for subcontractors and products.
• Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans addressing capture, execution, and risk management.
• Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office.
• Directs all phases of the subcontract lifecycle from business case to closeout.
• Leads cross-functional teams to ensure on-time subcontract delivery and performance.
