Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead semiconductor fab base build construction in Chandler, Arizona. The role focuses on site electrical infrastructure, utility buildings, and complex system interfaces with coordination among Owner, general contractor, engineering, trade contractors, and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in electrical construction.
• Direct semiconductor fab base build experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading large electrical packages and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA and electrical safety requirements.
• Experience with design reviews, RFIs, submittals, and contractor documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction for semiconductor fab base build and facility infrastructure.
• Review drawings, single line diagrams, layouts, and specs for constructability and field execution.
• Coordinate medium and low voltage distribution, substations, switchgear, transformers, feeders, and electrical rooms.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across fab, subfab, utility, and site teams to resolve clashes and sequencing.
• Oversee transition from engineering design to construction and support turnover for commissioning.
