Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead the floor, mentor stylists, and drive profitable salon operations. You will balance behind-the-chair work with leadership duties to raise performance and guest satisfaction.

You will ensure compliance with safety standards, train new talent, and contribute to local marketing efforts to keep appointments bustling and the brand thriving.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Cosmetology license for the applying state.
• This is a full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform salon services with precision.
• Great attitude, strong communication, and basic math for inventory/cash.
• Bring personal styling tools daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and manage daily operations with the appointment book and guest flow.
• Coach and mentor stylists to achieve goals and grow careers using the IGROW model.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with state boards and safety standards.
• Support local marketing efforts to keep chairs full and strengthen brand presence.
