Job summary

Hair Cuttery is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager (ASL) to be the right hand to the Salon Leader. You’ll lead by example behind the chair, mentor stylists, and keep the shop energized when the leader is away.

This full-time leadership role requires a current cosmetology license, stamina to stand all day, and strong communication. You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, guest experience, and local marketing to keep chairs full and the brand buzzing.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to lead and mentor staff.
• Strong communication for team guidance and guest experience.
• Ability to handle inventory and cash responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and staffing on the floor.
• Coach & mentor stylists to achieve goals.
• Ensure cleanliness and OSHA compliance of the salon.
• Assist marketing efforts to fill chairs through local partnerships.
