Job description

LEAD STYLIST

PALM BEACH FLAGSHIP | Royal Poinciana Plaza

Join a luxury women’s fashion house with a devoted global following, known for its sophisticated, contemporary collections and conversation-worthy design. As the brand steps into the sunny Floridian retail landscape, we are seeking an exceptional Lead Stylist to help bring our Palm Beach flagship to life for a long-term pop-up.

This is a rare opportunity to play a visible, influential role in shaping a brand’s presence at one of the country’s most prestigious luxury shopping destinations—serving a discerning, style-savvy, and relationship-driven clientele.

Our ideal candidate is fashion-forward, charismatic, and deeply client-focused—someone who leads through style confidence, elevated service, and a natural ability to connect with people.

This isn’t just a styling role. It’s a leadership-forward position for someone who wants to set the tone on the floor, build meaningful client relationships, and help define the in-store experience from day one.

The Role

As Lead Stylist, you will be a key presence within the Palm Beach flagship—responsible for delivering exceptional, high-touch styling experiences while supporting strong sales performance and floor leadership. You will bring the brand’s aesthetic to life through thoughtful styling, confident product knowledge, and a refined approach to client service.

This role is ideal for a polished, entrepreneurial luxury retail professional who thrives in elevated environments and naturally leads by example on the sales floor.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate
  • A fashion-driven retail professional with a strong eye for styling and brand presentation

  • Confident, warm, and engaging, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a discerning clientele

  • Sales-minded and results-oriented, with experience meeting or exceeding individual performance goals

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and invested in maintaining a visually elevated store environment

  • Comfortable taking ownership on the floor and supporting the team through presence and example

Key Requirements
  • 2+ years of luxury or premium retail experience, preferably in women’s ready-to-wear or multi-brand boutiques

  • Proven ability to drive sales through styling, relationship-building, and elevated service

  • Strong understanding of visual standards, product flow, and foundational retail operations

  • Familiarity with Shopify POS, RFID systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus; adaptability to new systems is essential

  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and key trading periods/holidays

  • A motivated seller who actively builds relationships with clients through walk-ins and private styling appointments, treating personal sales performance as central to individual and store success

What You’ll Own

Styling & Client Experience

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized styling experience for every client, from first greeting through checkout

  • Act as a trusted style resource—curating looks that reflect the client’s lifestyle, taste, and wardrobe needs

  • Build repeat business through follow-up, outreach, and intentional clienteling

Sales Performance

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales, conversion, UPT, and AUR goals

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling through thoughtful styling

  • Contribute meaningfully to daily, weekly, and monthly store sales targets

Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation

  • Maintain impeccable standards of product presentation, sizing, and replenishment

  • Ensure the sales floor reflects the brand’s aesthetic at all times—polished, intentional, and commercial

  • Share client insights and styling feedback to support merchandising decisions

Floor Leadership & Operations

  • Support daily store operations including stock processing, transfers, inventory counts, and fitting room flow

  • Adhere to all policies related to loss prevention, cash handling, and transaction accuracy

  • Collaborate closely with store leadership to support a cohesive, high-performing environment

  • This role includes keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures and floor leadership as needed

Success Metrics
  • Strong individual sales performance across conversion, UPT, and AUR

  • High client satisfaction and repeat visitation

  • Positive influence on store energy, presentation, and team performance

  • Consistent execution of brand standards across styling, service, and operations
