Christian Brothers University in Memphis seeks a Head Coach for STUNT and Cheerleading to oversee programs, ensure NCAA and conference compliance, and lead student-athletes to competitive success. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of competitive involvement in STUNT or cheerleading (high school, collegiate, or club levels) which may include a combination of playing and/or coaching experience.
Knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines governing the recruitment and retention of student-athletes, as well as athletic recruitment methods and techniques.
Skilled in evaluating talent in order to recruit players to improve the program.
Ability to lead and guide Division II student-athletes in area of specialty to include identifying deficiencies and providing instruction to improve overall skill and performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee the STUNT and cheerleading programs within conference and NCAA regulations.
Instruct and work with student athletes to prepare them for competition; develop athletic performance.
Organize and conduct practice sessions throughout the day, as needed.
Recruit qualified student-athletes and manage the retention and matriculation process.
Represent the program and the College with internal and external groups as needed.
