Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all coaching responsibilities related to the sport of cheer.
• Coordinate all administrative responsibilities including equipment, food, lodging and transportation.
• Monitor the academic progress of student-athletes.
• Plan, develop and conduct practices and conditioning sessions.
• Ensure safety guidelines and standards are maintained.
• Recruit in accordance with university and NAIA rules; maintain roster of 15 student-athletes.
• Work with athletic administration on scheduling, travel and budget management.
