Qualifications

• Current student at the University of Kentucky; High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 0 years of related experience required; demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills; ability to follow department procedures.
• Willingness to provide respectful customer-oriented assistance and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and advanced support within Smart Campus initiatives.
• Support service incidents and requests; perform on-site repair, maintenance, and testing of hardware and software.
• Support initiatives such as Bowmans Friends, UK Invests, Enterprise Digital Signage, iPad support, distribution, and configuration.
• Manage Cornerstone meeting room technology; hold recurring and collaborative meetings with Smart Campus Technologists.
• Train new and existing technologists; delegate tasks and ensure completion.
