Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of worship leadership and staff oversight.
• Experience developing and mentoring volunteers and worship teams.
• Strong communication, relational, and pastoral skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for worship and production ministries at the Madison Campus.
• Recruit, develop, and schedule staff and servant leaders.
• Lead the Worship Ministry to cultivate a Jesus-Centered Life among teams.
• Partner with campus and One Church teams to execute worship strategy.
