Qualifications

• Proficient in copper cabling installation and terminations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Committed to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small crew on assigned projects.
• Install, route, dress, label, and terminate copper cabling.
• Complete terminations for RJ45 connectors, keystone jacks, and panels.
• Read blueprints, floor plans, and cable schedules.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve basic cabling issues.
• Coordinate daily assignments and materials.
• Provide hands-on guidance to junior technicians.
• Report project progress and field issues to managers.
• Maintain organized work areas and follow safety policies.
