Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead/Senior Structured Cabling Technician in Raleigh, NC. You will run field crews, own project execution from materials planning through final deployment, and perform fiber/copper work with a 50/50 split across data centers and commercial sites.

Requirements include BICSI certification and 3–5 years of structured cabling experience. You’ll work under a PM with autonomy, receive training opportunities, a company van, and a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• BICSI certification required.
• 3–5 years of structured cabling experience, Level II/III.
• Ability to lead a small crew and manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize cabling projects: materials, sequencing, crew direction, and full deployment.
• Run a two-person crew with company van and gear provided.
• Work across structured cabling with potential cross-training into AV and fire alarm.
• Perform testing and certification on completed work.
• Operate with high autonomy, reporting to a Project Manager.
