Job summary

EZARC is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead field crews in safe, efficient erection of structural steel for commercial and industrial projects. You will combine hands-on ironwork with daily supervision to ensure work meets specs, on schedule, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of structural steel or ironworking experience.
• Experience leading crews on structural steel erection projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate ironworker crews in daily erection activities.
• Plan work assignments, sequencing, and manpower to meet project schedules.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members; enforce accountability and performance standards.
• Communicate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades.
• Oversee layout, rigging, hoisting, connecting, bolting, and welding of steel components.
• Coordinate crane operations and material staging for efficient workflow.
• Promote safety culture; conduct daily safety meetings and JHAs.
• Report issues, delays, and material needs to management.
• Track daily progress and production; maintain organized work areas.
