Job summary

The Foreman will read blueprints, coordinate rigging and crane operations, enforce OSHA compliance, and mentor crew members to deliver quality work on time while maintaining organized, productive job sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of structural steel or ironworking experience required.
• Experience leading crews on structural steel erection projects preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead ironworker crews in daily erection activities.
• Read drawings and coordinate layout, rigging, and welding.
• Promote a strong safety culture and conduct safety meetings.
• Monitor production and adjust activities to stay on schedule.
• Document daily progress and communicate needs to management.
