Qualifications

• Ability to speak and understand English in oral and written form.
• Knowledge of proper rigging and signaling.
• Knowledge of Transit, Laser level, Torpedo, Torque guns, Welders, Gas equipment, Rigging components.
• Knowledge of AISC standards.
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety precautions are followed
• Complete jobs on time and within budget
• Hold a weekly site safety meeting
• Complete a 3-week look-a-head schedule weekly
• Attend all on-site project meetings (safety, quality, scheduling, production)
• Issue corrective action notices as required to enforce company policies
• Read specifications and blueprints to determine locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required
