Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• PE and/or SE licensure preferred.
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint Software, and Revit.
• Experience designing steel, concrete, and timber systems.
• Ability to solve complex problems with confidence, balance priorities, and adapt designs effectively.
• Strong communication and emerging leadership skills.
• Commitment to mentoring junior staff and building professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and refine structural analysis, design, and detailing tasks.
