Facade People in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep manufacturing, metal components, and structural glass experience to lead complex projects from inception to completion.
The role coordinates with sales, clients (architects, contractors & installers), and engineering, procurement, finance and fabrication teams, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and rigorous documentation, with occasional travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with metal components and structural glazing is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Manufacturing.
- Strong budget, scheduling and documentation management skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from design through fabrication and installation.
- Negotiate contracts with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage client expectations and track performance against budget.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules and documentation.
- Coordinate shop fabrication of metal, aluminum and stainless parts.
