Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years’ experience in the civil construction field.
• Three (3) years’ experience supervising a construction crew as Foreman or Lead.
• Valid state driver’s license and must be qualified to operate a vehicle.
• Ability to pass a drug, driving and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks to meet project schedules and plans.
• Direct paving and bridgework crews on site with leadership and safety focus.
• Review schedules, enforce company policies, and ensure work follows plans and specifications.
• Provide resources and staffing to meet safety and project requirements.
• Maintain daily logs and report progress to management.
