Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Engineering Program Manager with Structural Engineering proficiency to standardize design across multiple building programs. You will act as liaison among internal teams and external designers and contractors, leading multi-project efforts with VE and cost/schedule controls.

The role requires years of PM experience on industrial warehouse/fulfillment or manufacturing facilities, strong leadership, and the ability to drive program-wide improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PM, real estate development, architecture/design experience.
• Bachelor's degree to be completed or completed.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience in PM or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop program-wide strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align programs with goals.
• Develop detailed project plans with schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Provide technical leadership on engineering systems and designs.
• Review designs, specifications, and drawings for compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and PMs.
