Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Engineering Program Manager with Structural Engineering proficiency to lead design standardization across Amazon building programs in New York and nationwide. You will liaison between internal design teams, Construction, external design partners and general contractors on multi‑discipline projects including VE and cost/schedule controls.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.
Bachelor's degree and Professional Engineer license.
Experience coordinating multi-discipline teams on large-scale facilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
Develop program-wide strategies, processes, and best practices.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align engineering programs with goals.
Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and objectives.
Provide technical leadership on engineering systems and technologies.
Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and drawings.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and safety regulations.
