Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Structural Engineer to support complex industrial infrastructure and defense-related projects. This on-site role in Dallastown, PA offers leadership across engineering teams and technical mentorship on large-scale mechanical and facility systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of structural engineering experience, an active PE license, and a proven ability to sign off final designs while guiding multidisciplinary teams through project execution and design

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in structural engineering for large-scale mechanical, industrial, maritime, or energy-related structures.
Active PE license and ability to sign off final structural designs.
Experience performing structural analysis, design, and evaluation of complex mechanical support structures.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills in a matrixed environment.
Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural focus.

Responsibilities

Provide structural engineering analysis, design review, and technical oversight for large mechanical structures and facility systems.
Support projects involving industrial, maritime, energy, and defense-related infrastructure.
Mentor and guide engineering personnel across multiple teams.
Collaborate with senior leadership on project execution and design decisions.
Conduct structural assessments and ensure compliance with standards; sign off on designs.
