Job summary

Modular Power Solutions, part of Rosendin, is hiring a Manager, Structural Engineering to lead the design, review, and execution of modular foundations, frames, and supports. You will mentor engineers, set engineering standards, and coordinate across discipline teams to deliver safe, code-compliant solutions from design through deployment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, a PE license, and 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering.
• Active PE license required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive structural engineering experience.
• Experience with modular construction or large infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, review, and execution of foundations, frames, and supports for modular power solutions.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and establish engineering standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure code-compliant designs.
• Review submittals, calculations, and reports; oversee field validation and deployments.
• Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective actions.
