Job summary

Renewyx is seeking a Structural Engineer to lead design and innovation for large-scale structural systems. You will own challenging engineering problems, applying precision and technical excellence in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

You will drive load analysis, wind and seismic design, and development of mounting systems for utility-scale deployments, while collaborating across teams to balance redundancy, cost, and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering (PE licensure a plus).
• 3+ years of structural design experience across loading scenarios and system typologies.
• Advanced Truss/ATI experience with tracker systems or similar assemblies.
• Working knowledge of FEA and governing codes (AISC).
• Hands-on manufacturing experience; ability to move between analysis and field problems.

Responsibilities

• Own structural design and optimization for high-performance systems using FEA.
• Lead load analysis, wind/seismic design, and material engineering.
• Develop mounting and support systems for utility-scale deployments.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, field ops, and project delivery to align design and fabrication.
