Forsgren Associates, an Apex Company, is seeking a Structural Engineer based in Logan, UT. You will lead technical design efforts, supervise junior staff, and manage project schedules while maintaining high-quality outputs for clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and cross-project delivery across a growing firm. Ideal candidates bring a PE license (Utah) or near-term license, 5+ years of structural experience, and proficiency with Risa 3D/RFEM and AutoCAD.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering (or related field).
• PE license in Utah (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis/modeling (Risa 3D, RFEM 6).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to mentor EITs.

Mansioni

• Lead technical role through full lifecycle of projects, including design calculations and specs.
• Direct junior staff and communicate with the project manager.
• Develop and manage project schedules with flexibility for changes.
• Perform occasional field work for construction inspections.
• Support business development with engineering proposals.
