Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive structural engineering experience.
- Lead Structural Engineer on complex capital projects.
- Active PE license in NY and/or NJ.
- Extensive knowledge of NY building codes and structural standards.
- Experience with structural and geotechnical systems and drawings.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior technical resource and lead structural reviewer for capital projects.
- Review designs, calculations, drawings for code compliance.
- Evaluate foundations, steel, concrete systems for safety and constructability.
- Provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate reviews across architectural, mechanical, electrical, and geotechnical disciplines.
- Prepare engineering review reports and documentation.
