KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a Structural Work Group Lead to manage and guide a large civil/structural team on EPC projects. You will devise effective engineering approaches, plan and oversee design of structures and foundations, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

The role emphasizes coordination with construction, adherence to project criteria, and ensuring technical excellence across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years civil/structural experience with an EPC company.
• Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs a large team of civil / structural engineers for project work.
• Plan, budget, organize, coordinate, and oversee the civil / structural project.
• Design, specify, and provide services related to structures and foundations (concrete, steel, wood, engineered products).
• Coordinate with construction practices and module yards; align with project needs.
• Provide technical guidance to designers and junior engineers; assess and improve engineering approaches.
