Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the US or able to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• 8-15 years of relevant structural design experience in vertical building structures (steel, concrete, masonry).
• Proficiency with structural design and analysis software (ETABS/SAP2000, RISA, RAM Suite).
• Proficiency with Revit and BIM coordination.
• Strong knowledge of US building codes and standards (IBC, FBC, ASCE).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis of steel, concrete, and masonry building systems.
• Prepare calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications for a variety of projects.
• Drive structural coordination with architects and other engineering disciplines.
• Contribute to meeting project scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Participate in project meetings and oversee with construction administration.
• Lead and mentor junior engineering staff.
