Job summary

Responsibilities include guiding design and analysis, validating structures through lifecycle stages, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Expert understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
• Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools and FEA.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Advanced knowledge of static/dynamic analyses and FEA tools (FEMAP, MSC Patran, Nastran).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex structural engineering projects.
• Provide expert guidance on design and analysis of metallic and composite structures.
• Perform structural analysis and validation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence.
• Develop and review detailed technical documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align structural initiatives with business goals.
