Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Civil or related field.
• 6+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Higher level degree may substitute for experience.
• Advanced understanding of structural analysis and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of advanced metallic and composite structures.
• Develop and execute structural test plans.
• Perform detailed structural analyses and identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on structural practices.
• Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
