The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, 10+ years of experience, CAD/CAE proficiency, and the ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Expert understanding of mechanical design principles and CAD software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain United States secret security clearance.
• Experience with multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex mechanical engineering projects.
• Provide expert guidance on the design and development of mechanical systems.
• Perform high-level analyses and simulations for optimal performance.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on practices.
